This page outlines our shipping policies and practices. First and foremost we do our best to make sure that the shipping charges are accurate. We will NEVER intentionally overcharge you on shipping. We have been in this hobby for 40+ years and are well aware of how much of an issue excessive shipping charges are in the hobby. The shipping program used isn't an exact science and mistakes or errors will be made but we will ALWAYS make them right. If the shipping charged is more than what the shipper actually charges us we will look into it and possibly issue a refund via the method used to pay for your order. If you have any questions or concerns about the shipping charges or methods please ask. We are here to help. Shipping charges are a cost of doing business and should not be a source of profit.
We will always take the appropriate steps to make sure that your purchase is packed safely using all materials needed to ensure that your items arrive to you as expected. Our main shipping carrier is Canada Post but at our discretion we may use Canpar, FedEx, Purolator or UPS couriers.
